The math

Train one yourself, or hire one who has already done it.

Tier II is a twelve-month certification: two live calls a week, functional lab interpretation, advanced case work, and a proctored final. Our graduates invest $15,000 and a year of their life to get through it.

You can fund that for someone on your payroll and wait a year. Or you can hire someone who finished.

Train someone from scratch
$15,000
Plus twelve months
  • A year before they're certified
  • On your payroll the entire time they're studying
  • Two live calls a week during working hours
  • No certainty they finish, pass, or stay once they do
  • You're paying to build the credential, then paying to keep it
Hire one through us
$5,000
Flat, per hire
  • Certified before you ever meet them
  • Final exam passed, lab interpretation coursework complete
  • Certificate verified against our records by our team
  • Sourced and screened, with introductions coordinated by us
  • 30-day replacement guarantee from their start date
The training is already paid for. You're paying for the search, not the education.

And if you post the role yourself

Job boards send volume. They rarely send training.

What they rarely send is someone who can sit with a GI-MAP, a full thyroid panel, and a DUTCH result and build a protocol your practice would stand behind.

  • Résumés that list "functional medicine" with no case work behind it
  • Weeks of screening calls that never reach a second interview
  • Candidates who need six months of training before they touch a client
  • Recruiters who don't know the difference between a coach and a practitioner

We only work with graduates of our own program, so we know exactly what they were taught, who taught it, and what they had to pass.

The process

Five steps from first call to first day.

1

Intake call

We map the role: scope, setting, supervision, hours, compensation range, and what the person actually needs to be able to do on day one.

RSN team · Week 1
2

We source from the graduate pool

We search our verified Tier II graduate database against your role and reach out directly. You do no outreach and post no ads.

RSN team · Week 1–2
3

You receive a shortlist

Candidate packets arrive with a verified certificate, résumé, case sample, and availability. You tell us who you want to meet.

RSN team · Week 2–3
4

You set up the interviews

You decide who you want to meet and set the times. We make the introduction, pass along availability, and keep candidates warm between rounds so nobody goes cold.

You · RSN coordinates · Week 3–4
5

You extend the offer

You negotiate and hire directly — the candidate is your employee or contractor, not ours. The 30-day guarantee begins on their first day.

Timeline reflects a typical search. Actual time to hire depends on role, location, and candidate availability.

Licensure

These are professional credentials issued by independent natural-wellness bodies. They are not state or government licenses, and graduates practice as wellness professionals within their state's scope of practice. Any graduate holding a separate state license (RD, RN, NP, MD, ND) practices under that license.

The 30-day guarantee

To use it, notify us in writing within 5 business days of the separation. The guarantee doesn't apply if the role is eliminated or materially changed, if the separation is due to layoff, restructuring, or closure, or if the placement fee is outstanding.

Full terms are in the placement agreement you'll receive before the search begins.

Questions

Before you book

What can these graduates legally do?

Tier II graduates are trained to run intake and diet and lifestyle assessments, recommend therapeutic foods and supplementation, interpret functional lab panels and summarize findings, and build individualized, evidence-informed plans. They do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and they refer out for anything medical. Scope varies by state, so we'll confirm the fit for your location on the intake call. Graduates who hold a separate state license practice under that license.

Can they order labs for our practice?

It depends on your state and on each lab's own credential policy — those are two separate gates. Many of our graduates order through Vibrant Wellness, Fullscript's authorization network, or Evexia. If your practice already has a licensed provider ordering labs, the graduate typically works alongside that provider. We'll go through this on the call.

Do they become your employee or ours?

Yours. We source, screen, and coordinate interviews. You make the offer, set the compensation, and own the employment or contractor relationship directly.

How many candidates will we see?

It depends on the role, the location, and how specific your requirements are. Remote roles typically draw a wider pool than on-site roles in smaller markets. We'd rather send you three strong fits than twelve résumés.

Can we hire more than one?

Yes. The fee applies per hire. If you're building a team, tell us on the intake call and we'll run it as a single search.

Do you charge the candidates anything?

No. Graduates are never charged to be included, introduced, or placed. The fee is paid by the hiring practice only.

What if we've already met one of your graduates?

If you were already in contact with a candidate before we introduced them, tell us on the intake call and we'll exclude them from the search.
